Due to the unique nature of our crystals and the careful packing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Change of Mind: As crystals are one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and review all product images and descriptions prior to purchasing.

Color or Size Variations: Crystals are natural products, and slight variations in color, shape, or size are normal and part of their unique beauty. We make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately, but we do not accept returns for variations in appearance.

Customer Handling: Once a crystal is in your possession, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to mishandling, such as dropping or breaking the item.
Damaged in Transit
While we take every precaution to ensure that your crystals arrive safely, we understand that damage may sometimes occur during shipping despite our best efforts. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.
- If your package was insured, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
- Unfortunately, if the item was not insured, we cannot be responsible for damage caused during transit.
